Job summary

You will conduct site visits, review drawings for code compliance, select materials, and champion sustainable, functional, and aesthetically compelling designs while maintaining strong collaboration with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or similar role.
• Experience managing architectural projects from conception to completion.

Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects, from planning and design to construction and completion. Your role will involve managing a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals, as well as collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of architects and other professionals
• Develop project plans and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and progress
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
• Review architectural drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects
• Ensure that all designs are sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
• Proven experience in managing architectural projects from conception to completion
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary:

$1300 per month (negotiable based experience)
