Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience as an Architect or Architectural Manager.
• Proven experience leading architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials and systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As the Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from concept design to construction completion. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality and innovative architectural designs that meet our clients needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers providing guidance support and direction throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee the development and implementation of architectural plans ensuring they are aligned with project goals budget and timeline
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide solutions to any issues or challenges that may arise
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop designs that meet their needs while adhering to applicable building codes and regulations
• Review and approve design proposals drawings specifications and other project documents
• Develop cost estimates for projects and monitor budget throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and in compliance with quality standards
• Stay updated on industry trends best practices and new technologies related to architecture

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture with at least 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architectural Manager
• Proven experience leading architectural projects from conception to completion
• Strong knowledge of building codes regulations construction methods materials and systems
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas through drawings presentations reports etc
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
