Job summary

You will lead prequalification processes, coordinate submissions, and help form project teams for tenders while researching market trends and creating engaging business-development content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, communication, business or related field.
• 2+ years in architectural sector.
• Experience supporting PQs and pitches for public and private clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to inspire confidence.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead prequalification processes, coordinating materials and stakeholders for submissions.
• Support forming strong project teams for tenders and opportunities.
• Research clients and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Create engaging business-development content, including submissions and announcements.
• Maintain knowledge of trends within the studio’s practices and markets.
• Strengthen networks with collaborators and potential clients.
• Expand SHL’s reach through outreach, events and industry networks.
