Kalundborg Refinery invites motivated individuals to join as an apprentice, intern, or graduate and take responsibility from day one.
You will work on real projects, be mentored by experienced colleagues, and explore roles from IT to Finance or office administration, with learning embedded in every task.
The program is designed to develop talent and offer clear paths into specialized functions and leadership opportunities over time.
When you join us, a new phase in your life begins and with that, Kalundborg Refinery welcomes a new beginning too, because we believe you can help shape the way we work. Maybe you will even outgrow your mentor. We hope you do so, because that is how the refinery keeps developing.

You get responsibility the moment you are ready to bear it. We always ensure to strengthen you, regardless of where you start with us. We even listen to you just as much as your colleague who may have 20 years of experience.
We take your learning as seriously as your school does. That means we give you meaningful tasks and are ready to help if you run into problems. Whether you want to be an apprentice in office, Finance, IT, or something else entirely, we care about your development.

We bring you along - not just on the sidelines, but to sit in on all the relevant projects we’re working on. Before you know it, you’re as involved as your experienced colleagues. And we promise that responsibility will follow when you are ready for it.
