Qualifications

• Experience in international B2B export sales.
• Proven track record of growing via distributor partnerships.
• Fluency in English; Asian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with global commercial targets.
• Own markets across APAC with revenue growth, margins and forecasting accountability.
• Grow distributor partnerships through joint business planning and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing for market positioning and launches.
• Travel ~90 days per year to manage and support regional opportunities.
