Job summary

NielsenIQ Denmark seeks an ambitious and analytical professional to join the Retailer Vertical, working closely with the assigned client to drive actionable insights from research and sales data.

You will build strong client relationships, deliver analytical support, and use NielsenIQ platforms to underpin recommendations and growth opportunities. Hybrid work and a modern Ørestaden office are offered.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience within Retail, FMCG, market research, analytics, category management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both Danish and English
  • Good numerical confidence and ability to translate numbers into insights and recommendations.
  • Great skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical and/or sales experience in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to build trust and drive engagement.
  • An ambitious mindset, not afraid of challenging the status quo and the client.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of NielsenIQ data from either Answers Desktop or Discover would be considered as an advantage

ABOUT THE ROLE

Would you like to be part of a team servicing the biggest FMCG retailers in Denmark? In this role, you will work very closely with the assigned client, helping them to make better decisions based on research and sales data. You will build great relationships with the clients through market analysis, insights and recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a trusted advisor by delivering analytical insights, recommendations, reports, presentations, and day-to-day data support.
