Riwal Danmark A/S in Taastrup is seeking a customer-focused sales backup in the rental department to handle inquiries and rent equipment to both Danish and international customers. You will manage orders in our ERP, coordinate with transport planning, and support the external sales team.

The role requires strong IT skills, Danish fluency and basic English, with a willingness to learn about our products and processes. Working hours include early shifts from 06:30 to 16:30 in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer advice and rental services by phone.
• Register, create, and follow up on customer orders in ERP.
• Coordinate logistics with transport planning for deliveries and utilization of equipment.
• Back up sales support for external salespersons.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks in the rental department.
