Job summary

Maersk Air Cargo is seeking a highly motivated Crew & Traffic Controller to join the Integrated Operations Control Centre. The role focuses on monitoring and coordinating crew, flight schedules and aircraft movements to ensure safety, reliability and on-time performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Flight Crew, Crew Planning, Ground Operations and Maintenance Control, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement across the Maersk Air Cargo network.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Airline Operations Control Centre (OCC/iOCC) or similar.
• Knowledge of airline operational processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with airline operational systems and control platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily flight operations using FlightKeys and N-OC.
• Oversee crew legality, qualifications and duty limits.
• Coordinate crew changes and disruptions to minimize delays.
• Monitor aircraft movements and schedule execution for efficiency.
• Communicate operational information to stakeholders and maintain handovers.
