Job summary

Maersk in Denmark seeks a highly motivated Crew & Traffic Controller to join the Integrated Operations Control Centre. You will monitor and coordinate daily flight operations, ensure crew legality and aircraft readiness, and optimize disruption recovery across the Maersk Air Cargo network.

Working in a fast-paced, time-critical environment, you will collaborate with Flight Crew, Ground Operations and Maintenance Control to maintain safety, reliability and on-time performance, while communicating

Qualifications

• Experience in an OCC/iOCC or similar operational environment.
• Knowledge of airline processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with airline control platforms and FlightKeys/N-OC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily flight operations using operational systems.
• Ensure crew legality, qualifications, and duty limitations are met.
• Coordinate crew changes and disruption recovery during disruptions.
• Monitor aircraft movements and schedule execution for efficiency.
• Communicate operational information to internal and external stakeholders.
