Job summary

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking an IAM Operations Consultant to support day-to-day IAM operations and contribute to stabilising IAM services as part of the NLP DK Strategy Roadmap. The role requires hands-on execution in a complex enterprise, collaborating with IAM, Security, User Administration, and Service Desk teams.

You will provide operational capacity to backfill activities, manage daily access tasks, and assist with governance-driven remediation and audit data requests.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on IAM operations in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience with Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) and RBAC/PAM.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Microsoft Logic Apps.
• Experience with ServiceNow for access requests and incident management.
• Proficient data analysis using Excel and CSV data.
• Ability to work independently within defined processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Manage IAM-related ServiceNow requests and incidents, including access and entitlements.
• Perform daily access and entitlement activities per approved runbooks.
• Assist in investigating and resolving operational IAM issues.
• Coordinate activities with Nordea User Administration and Service Desk teams.
• Provide backfill and execution capacity to stabilise services.
• Support audits and security requests with data and evidence within timelines.
