Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a Senior AI Engagement Manager to shape AI-driven strategies for its commercial teams in Copenhagen. You will translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to deployment, partnering with data, engineering, and analytics teams.

You will drive workshops, governance, and value realization while staying at the forefront of AI innovations. This is a build-from-scratch opportunity with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in related fields.
• +3 years relevant consulting experience in strategy, AI transformation, advisory, or equivalent roles.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end AI ecosystem and a technical depth in AI or data.
• Experience delivering Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (data engineering, ML engineering, operations).
• Strong awareness of ethical and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape strategic AI opportunities with commercial stakeholders, translating business challenges into technical scalable solutions.
• Lead AI and advanced analytics initiatives from concept through deployment and value realization.
• Translate business needs into product visions, roadmaps, technical requirements, and delivery plans.
• Drive the development of cross-functional AI transformation initiatives across commercial functions and business units.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to align priorities, requirements, and solution designs.
• Communicate progress, risks, recommendations, and business value on AI initiatives.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise technology and governance standards.
• Stay at the forefront of AI and Generative AI innovations, identifying new opportunities to create business value.
