Job summary

Orifarm is seeking a senior insights professional to revolutionize how we analyze, report, and decide using AI. You will lead the transformation of our commercial reporting, build AI workflows across large datasets, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Market teams.

You will join a small, capable Market Insights & Support team, reporting to the Director of Commercial Excellence & Insights, with a hybrid setup in Odense or Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial insights, reporting or business transformation.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that support commercial decisions.
• Experience with modern data tools and AI concepts; pharmaceutical industry experience not required.
• Proficient with large datasets; validates AI outputs and uses approved tools securely.
• Strong communicator and change facilitator who can drive adoption across leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial transformation of reporting and analysis with AI across markets.
• Build practical AI workflows using Claude and Copilot across datasets like sales, profitability, CRM and pricing.
• Accelerate AI adoption across the commercial org and translate capabilities into business value.
• Define data and insight requirements for AI use cases with AI Office, IT and data owners.
• Apply governance and human review standards to AI-supported outputs.
