Orifarm is seeking a senior insights professional to lead data-driven transformation across the commercial organization. You will drive AI-enabled reporting, build practical AI workflows, and collaborate with Finance, IT and market teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will report to the Director of Commercial Excellence & Insights and join the Market Insights & Support team. This role is based in Odense or Copenhagen with a hybrid work model, and requires 5+ years in business analysis

Qualificações

5+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial insights, reporting or business transformation.
Strong ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Experience with AI-assisted analytics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead the commercial transformation of reporting and analysis with AI across the organization.
Build practical AI workflows and assistants using approved tools.
Accelerate the use of AI to create business value across markets.
Define data and insight requirements for AI use cases in collaboration with IT, Finance and data owners.
Apply governance and quality guardrails to AI-supported outputs.
