Job summary

RDT in Gentofte, Denmark, is seeking a senior transformation professional to join its enterprise AI team. You will coordinate AI initiatives across the business and help turn an emerging agenda into concrete decisions and actions.

The role requires experience with enterprise AI transformations, strong executive communication, and the ability to align stakeholders. A hybrid work arrangement applies with at least two days on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives with governance and adoption.
• Ability to shape direction and define transformation agenda.
• Structure complex problems and translate insights into recommendations and actions.
• Strong executive communication and alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and external advisers.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Residence in Denmark is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate AI workstreams across stakeholders and partners.
• Develop executive-ready materials and decision papers.
• Structure workshops and leadership discussions.
• Identify risks, dependencies and decision requirements.
• Translate outputs into a coherent AI transformation narrative.
• Drive follow-up actions and readiness for executive decisions.
• Align priorities with business leaders and maintain momentum.
• Act as thought partner to the AI agenda leads.
