Tessero is seeking a senior AI Transformation Lead to guide an enterprise-wide AI agenda, translating ambition into large-scale execution. You will work with senior stakeholders and executive teams to shape strategy, governance, and adoption across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasizes transforming ambiguity into concrete plans, driving alignment, and delivering measurable outcomes within a hybrid on-site setup for a ~3.5 month assignment.

We are looking for a senior AI Transformation Lead to join a high-impact transformation programme within a leading international enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, business strategy, organisational change, and executive leadership.

About the Assignment

You will become part of a team driving an enterprise-wide AI agenda, helping the organisation move from strategic direction-setting into large-scale execution. Working closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and specialist teams, you will play a key role in translating ambition into action.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align multiple AI and digital transformation workstreams
• Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, and decision materials

What We're Looking For

You bring experience from large-scale AI, digital, data, or technology-enabled transformations and thrive in environments where the path forward is not fully defined.

Ideally, you have:

• Strong experience with AI, digital, analytics, or technology transformation initiatives
• Experience working with operating models, governance, funding, prioritisation, and business adoption
• A proven ability to structure complex problems and convert uncertainty into actionable plans
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience preparing material for senior leadership and executive decision-makingThe ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups

Practical Information

Hybrid setup with on-site presence required several days per week

Duration: Approximately 3.5 months (with potential extension)
