Orifarm is seeking an AI Business Partner in Copenhagen to bridge business strategy and AI execution. You will uncover high-value AI opportunities, develop roadmaps, and lead initiatives from ideation to scalable adoption, embedding AI into core processes for measurable improvements.

We value strong business acumen, curiosity about AI, and the ability to discuss AI-enabled workflows, governance, and value creation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in business, digital transformation, technology, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in business partnering, digital transformation, AI, portfolio management, consulting or cross-functional program delivery.
• Ability to translate business priorities into concrete initiatives and implementation plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across operational teams and senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and structure AI roadmaps, opportunity pipelines and business cases.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from ideation through adoption and embedding.
• Ensure local adherence to AI governance and compliance requirements.
• Act as the primary link between business areas and the AI Office, escalating risks and priorities.
• Facilitate workshops, training, community sessions and demonstrations that accelerate adoption.
• Track adoption, benefits and business impact, and scale solutions across teams.
