Job summary

VML MAP is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to join our agentic lab, working with engineers, product owners and consultants to prototype solutions and shape client briefs. You’ll translate client needs into clear, high-impact briefs for the engineering team while spotting AI opportunities in existing accounts and building credibility across disciplines.

You’ll contribute to pitches, drive hands-on experiments with Claude Code and other tools, and help deliver strategic briefs that guide

Qualifications

• 1–3 years post-graduation experience.
• Strong communication in verbal and written form.
• Hands-on with latest generation of AI tools.
• Experience in consulting, transformation teams or startups.

Responsibilities

• Pitch materials: shape commercial scope, client narrative, success criteria.
• Spot opportunities for agentic AI within accounts and surface ideas.
• Be the technical credibility go-to across disciplines.
• Hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concepts pre-SOW using AI tools.
• Synthesize insights, prioritize use cases by business impact, guide engineering.
• Navigate cross-functional pods of consultants, engineers, designers, strategists.
