Job summary

N/A Ventures is seeking an AI Creative Director to lead across our consumer-brand portfolio, taking ideas from concept to execution using the latest generative AI tools alongside traditional creative methods.

You will create campaign imagery, video, and assets for paid channels while developing visual identities and campaigns across watches, fashion, eyewear, health & wellness and ecommerce brands.

Qualifications

• Have an exceptional creative eye.
• Understand brands, culture and visual storytelling.
• Are deeply curious about generative AI.
• Already spend a slightly unreasonable amount of time experimenting with new AI tools.
• Know how to turn an idea into something people actually want to look at.
• Understand the difference between a cool AI experiment and great advertising.
• Can work independently and move quickly.
• Care about both craft and commercial performance.
• Want to build rather than just advise.

Responsibilities

• Developing campaign concepts and creative ideas.
• Creating visual identities and creative universes around launches.
• Producing AI-generated campaign imagery and video.
• Creating high-volume creative for Meta, TikTok and other paid channels.
• Turning existing product imagery into completely new environments and campaigns.
• Developing concepts for organic social content.
• Creating storyboards, scripts and visual directions.
• Testing new AI tools and building better creative workflows.
• Working closely with our brands, marketing teams and founders.
• Moving from idea → prototype → finished campaign at a speed traditional production rarely allows.
