Job summary

Nordic Health Group seeks an AI-native Growth Builder to design and deploy an AI-powered growth engine across Europe, with Copenhagen as the preferred base and in-person collaboration as needed.

You will own identification, development and implementation of initiatives, report to the CEO, work with the CPOO, and partner with Paid Marketing, CRM, content and web teams to translate insights into bookings and treatments. This is an individual contributor role with clear scope and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering commercial results with AI-enabled growth.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered growth solutions.
• Ability to work with APIs, automation platforms and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand the patient journey and identify opportunities to help patients.
• Prioritize opportunities based on contribution to profitable treatments and capacity.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and tools across acquisition, content, CRM and conversion.
• Connect marketing with Operations so growth translates into appointments.
• Question data behind decisions and adjust when new evidence emerges.
• Create early usable solutions, test with colleagues, and define success metrics.
• Scale successful solutions into repeatable capabilities across countries.
