Nordic Health Group seeks a commercially strong AI-native Growth Builder to identify opportunities and own the end-to-end implementation. You will build AI-powered growth engines moving from first enquiry to treatment, collaborating with paid, content, CRM and operations across Europe.

Formación

• Evidence of commercial results you have personally helped create.
• Daily, advanced use of AI and concrete examples of solutions you personally built and implemented, with evidence of who uses them and the results they created.
• The ability to build with APIs, automation platforms and AI coding tools - and to test and troubleshoot what you create.
• An understanding of acquisition, conversion, customer journeys and business economics.
• The ability to work with incomplete information, explain trade-offs and revise your conclusions when the evidence changes.
• A practical approach to building: deliver something useful early, verify that it works and improve it through real use.
• Ownership from initial idea through implementation, adoption and improvement.
• Professional fluency in English and the ability to collaborate across functions and countries.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the full patient journey and identify where opportunities to help patients are lost.
• Prioritise opportunities based on contribution to profitable patient treatments and capacity.
• Personally build and deploy AI agents, automations and tools across acquisition, content, CRM and AI search visibility.
• Connect marketing with Operations so growth translates into appointments and completed treatments.
• Question data behind decisions, make assumptions explicit and adjust when new evidence emerges.
• Build a first usable solution quickly, test with colleagues and define success metrics.
• Turn successful solutions into repeatable capabilities across countries, owning adoption and improvement.
