Job summary

Nordic Health Group is seeking an AI-native Systems Builder to rethink our operations, reduce friction and personally build new AI-enabled workflows across our clinics in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands and the UK. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with the CPOO to identify opportunities and deliver concrete systems that scale as we grow.

In this role you will ship production-grade AI agents, integrations and internal apps, connect data across systems and measure impact in time

Qualifications

• Experience shipping and maintaining systems or applications used by real people.
• Daily, advanced use of AI coding tools and agents, with ability to review and improve output.
• Practical experience with APIs, integrations, databases and application development.
• Strong testing, access controls, monitoring, and failure handling judgment.
• Careful handling of sensitive information and understanding of human oversight needs.
• Ability to work with incomplete information and revise conclusions as evidence changes.
• Practical approach: deliver something useful early and improve through real use.
• Independent, proactive, and able to help colleagues adopt new working methods.

Responsibilities

• Find bottlenecks, fragmented information and manual processes by business impact.
• Rethink workflows before deciding what to automate; remove unnecessary steps.
• Personally build and deploy AI agents, integrations, and internal apps.
• Connect existing systems and data so information moves reliably across the business.
• Validate data and assumptions, and adapt when requirements change.
• Start small, test with users, and define success measures before scaling.
• Build reusable solutions across teams and countries with testing and maintenance.
• Measure results: time saved, fewer errors, better decisions, higher capacity.
