Job summary

Anthill, headquartered in Copenhagen, is hiring an AI Engineer for our AI and Data chapter. You will focus on making the AI layer measurably better, delivering features for regulated content in pharma contexts.

You'll own retrieval, generation and referencing components, ensure provenance and guardrails, and write production-grade Python with robust testing, monitoring, and scalable infrastructure using Terraform and AWS.

Qualifications

• Several years building production systems in Python and shipping LLM-based features.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI features: retrieval, generation, referencing, content assist.
• Own the evaluations and define success metrics for each feature.
• Address provenance, citation accuracy, guardrails, and auditability for pharma content.
• Write production-grade Python with tests, monitoring, and scalable deployment.
