Job summary

Anthill Agency in Copenhagen is looking for a platform-oriented Cloud/DevOps Engineer who will own the AWS-based infrastructure across a multi-account setup. You’ll work with Terraform, IAM, secrets, guardrails, observability, reliability and cost, and empower product teams to deploy themselves.

You’ll contribute to security/compliance, champion standardization, and help connect AI agents to internal systems with auditable, logged operations. This is an on-site role in our Copenhagen office.

Qualifications

• Deep AWS focus including multi-account organisation and IAM controls.
• Infrastructure as code in production: Terraform, CloudFormation or Pulumi (Terraform preferred).
• Containers in production: Docker and orchestration on AWS.
• Identity and access management, including SSO concepts and Auth0 if available.
• Observability tooling: CloudWatch, Datadog or similar, standardised across teams.
• CI systems: Buildkite, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins; define standards for others to follow.
• Experience with compliance approaches (ISO 27001 a plus) and communicating trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the AWS account model, IAM, secrets, guardrails, observability and cost across the multi-account org.
• Implement IaC pipelines and standardise tooling (Terraform primary).
• Develop and maintain agent infrastructure to connect AI agents to internal systems with auditable controls.
• Establish a single observability standard and an action-led alerting model.
• Lead security/compliance posture and communicate infrastructure costs to non-technical stakeholders.
