Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, or related, with professional working English.
• Experience developing and implementing AI, ML, or LLM-enabled solutions in operational or user-facing environments.
• Strong programming skills, preferably Python, with experience with models, APIs, data pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Experience moving AI solutions from PoC through testing, integration, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to collaborate with scientists, software specialists, data engineers, and platform teams to operationalize AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement AI-enabled scientific workflows to improve research activities and create measurable value for scientists.
• Design and develop solutions using enterprise AI platforms, models, data foundations and reusable components.
• Contribute to next-generation R&D initiatives that connect data, models, tools and AI capabilities into end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate with scientists and local digital teams to understand user needs and iteratively develop real-world solutions.
• Support adoption, integration and lifecycle management of AI solutions for long-term impact.
