Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in CS, SE, DS, ML, Bioinformatics or related field with working proficiency in English.
• Experience developing AI/ML/LLM-enabled solutions in production environments.
• Strong Python skills with experience in models, APIs, data pipelines and modern software practices.
• Experience taking AI solutions from PoC through deployment and lifecycle management.
• Ability to collaborate with scientists, data engineers and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement AI-enabled scientific workflows that improve research activities and create measurable value for scientists.
• Design and develop solutions using enterprise AI platforms, models, data foundations and reusable components.
• Contribute to next-generation R&D initiatives connecting data, models, tools and AI capabilities into end-to-end workflows.
• Work closely with scientists and local digital teams to understand user needs and iteratively develop solutions.
• Support adoption, integration and lifecycle management of AI solutions to ensure long-term impact.
