Job summary

Bifrost Studios is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own hiring across seniorities and functions in a fast-scaling AI infrastructure portfolio company. This 6-month contract is based in Copenhagen with hybrid work and a path to full-time.

You will upgrade an AI-enabled TA toolstack, build scalable hiring processes, and coach managers on interviewing and decision-making. Role spans hardware, software, sales, and marketing across the org.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in-house at a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
• Track record of closing hires across technical and commercial domains.
• Experience owning end-to-end hiring — intake through to offer signed.
• Strong outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Comfort using AI sourcing and screening tools in day-to-day recruitment.
• Experience building recruitment structure from scratch — processes, templates, and programmes.
• Fluent English; Danish is a plus.
• Based in Copenhagen, or able to be in the office most days.
• Experience hiring for technical roles in AI is a plus.

About the role
