AI-Driven Product Manager for Cloud Accounting

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end, AI-enhanced discovery for a cloud-based accounting platform serving Danish businesses. You’ll partner with design, engineering, and product intelligence to ship validated solutions and measure outcomes.

The role requires 2–3 years’ PM experience in a digital B2B SaaS or consumer product with active users, plus fluent English and Danish/Norwegian/Swedish proficiency for local interviews and regulatory reading.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital B2B SaaS or consumer product organisation with active users in production
• Daily practical use of AI tools for research synthesis, prototyping, evaluations and data analysis
• Ability to demonstrate what you have built with AI tools
• Comfortable pulling data, building and testing prototypes, and bringing validated solutions to customers
• Practical experience conducting user discovery and setting quantitative success metrics before building
• Fluent in professional English
• Full proficiency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish
• Ability to read Danish regulatory material and interview local users
• Nice to have: background in accounting, fintech, auditing, or Danish bookkeeping compliance
• Nice to have: experience building customer-facing agentic/LLM features, including prompt design, evaluations and human-in-the-loop approval UX

Responsibilities

• Own a defined problem area end-to-end, from customer discovery through shipped code and measured outcomes
• Own scope alongside engineering and design, prioritizing validated user outcomes over feature volume
• Conduct continuous discovery with Danish bookkeepers and business owners
• Turn complex, rule-bound workflows into automated steps
• Use AI tools, scripts, prototype kits, and prompt/skill design to test solutions quickly
• Define metric baselines before building
• Measure outcomes including hours saved, approval rates, and adoption
• Model an AI-native working method and share learnings with the Product Management team
• Collaborate with Product Design, Product Engineering, a senior product lead, and Product Intelligence
• Build and design a cloud-based accounting platform for businesses
