Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own a major production B2B SaaS area. You’ll partner with engineering and design to drive outcomes, defend roadmaps, and lead data-driven discovery. The role emphasizes AI-native methods, cross-team collaboration, and direct customer engagement to maximize impact and retention.

You will mentor junior PMs, shape strategic direction, and work closely with senior architects to navigate complex regulatory and fintech contexts in the Danish market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning production B2B SaaS or platform products with active users at scale.
• Proven AI-native builder using AI tools for prototyping, scripts, evals and data analysis.
• Hypothesis-driven discovery with quantitative baselines and measurable business impact.
• Deep comfort with SQL or equivalent and data modeling.
• Experience collaborating with senior engineering architects and managing critical paths.
• Fluent professional English and full proficiency in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish.
• Ability to read Danish regulatory context and interview Danish customers.
• Nice-to-have: experience in accounting, fintech or Danish compliance; agentic/LLM software experience.
• Nice-to-have: outcome-organized product structures or multi-team value streams.

• Shape and defend now, next and later roadmaps using rigorous discovery and hard data
• Present and defend product direction to product leadership
• Pioneer AI-native working methods, including prototyping, evaluations, research and data synthesis with AI agents
• Decompose complex financial or compliance processes into scalable automated steps
• Work end-to-end from discovery through delivery with design, engineering and the wider business
• Collaborate across engineering team boundaries and with the Product Intelligence team on measurement
• Challenge internal assumptions, mentor junior product managers and increase execution speed
• Maintain direct contact with customers through short build-to-learn loops

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning production B2B SaaS or platform products with active users at scale
• Proven AI-native builder who actively uses AI tools for prototyping, scripts, custom evals and complex data analysis, with demonstrable working artifacts
• Ability to run hypothesis-driven discovery, set quantitative baselines before building and prove measurable business impact
• Deep comfort with SQL or equivalent and data modeling
• Ability to collaborate directly with senior engineering architects
• Experience owning products where system accuracy, human checks and exception paths are critical
• Fluent professional English
• Full proficiency in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish
• Ability to read Danish regulatory context and conduct deep interviews with Danish customers
• Nice-to-have: experience in accounting, fintech, platform products or Danish compliance
• Nice-to-have: direct experience building agentic/LLM software, including evals, skill/prompt design, human-in-the-loop UX and handling non-deterministic output
• Nice-to-have: experience in outcome-organized product structures or multi-team value streams
