Job summary

JYSK is seeking an experienced Product Owner for its AI Team in Denmark. You will shape and scale AI initiatives across the business, partnering with AI engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

As Head of AI reports to drive strategy, you will own the AI product backlog, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into actionable user stories while ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product management, business analysis, or AI-related fields.
• Strong business understanding, preferably in retail or consumer-focused industries.
• Able to translate challenges into AI-driven product priorities and manage stakeholders across the org.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and product management principles.
• Curiosity about new AI technologies and governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the AI product backlog based on business value and feasibility.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and success criteria for AI initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate prioritisation and align stakeholders across departments.
• Support agile processes including planning, reviews, and retrospectives and monitor value realisation.
