Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, business analysis or consulting.
• Strong analytical toolkit with Python and/or SQL for data work.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and interest in AI-driven finance.
• Academic background corresponding to cand.merc., cand.oecon., cand.polit., or similar.
• Strong business sense; able to translate numbers into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive monthly performance management from data to insight to decision.
• Lead deep-dive analyses on margin, profitability and cost drivers with actionable recommendations.
• Identify and implement AI pilot projects within finance processes and reporting.
• Act as a trusted business partner, challenging assumptions with data-led perspective.
• Contribute to building analytics foundations and tooling for the finance function.
