Job summary

Vipps MobilePay AS is seeking a CRM & MarTech Engineer to bridge engineering with customer relationships across the Nordics. You will design integrations, build internal tools, and automate workflows between CRM platforms and internal services.

Focus on AI-first development, security, data privacy, and scalable production-ready solutions while collaborating with Sales, Support, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Solid software engineering foundation: product-minded backend, APIs and integrations, end-to-end solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and building tooling for scale.
• Strong focus on security, data privacy, and reliable production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations & tools connecting CRM platforms with internal services; automate cross-system workflows.
• Solve problems end-to-end with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Prototype and ship using AI-native development tools to accelerate delivery.
• Maintain high engineering standards for reliability and security across platforms and data.
