Job summary

NNE is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to join the AI strategy, Innovation & Adoption team in Virum, Denmark. You will help drive AI adoption through engaging content and events, supported by a collaborative, project-based environment.

The role focuses on communication, digital transformation, and hands-on learning with AI tools, with on-site work expected five days a week and potential limited remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (IT, business, communication or related field) with at least one year remaining.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support communication and change management through emails, newsletters, intranet posts and workshops.
• Track and summarise new AI releases, test and evaluate features and agents and create content for publication.
• Maintain and update our internal AI knowledge platforms (SharePoint, Communities etc.).
• Facilitate or co-host user training sessions and design engaging training materials.
• Brainstorm and help drive creative adoption campaigns.
• Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.
