Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a part-time Student Assistant in Data and AI Enablement to help grow our internal data platform and AI community. You will work alongside experienced analysts to drive enablement across the business and empower end users to adopt data-driven solutions while continuing your studies.

You will own growing responsibilities and initiatives, with opportunities to influence how data and AI are used across the organization, while balancing study commitments and work, in a flexible

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Digital Innovation, or related field.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data analytics, and AI concepts.
• Strong interest in AI tools, AI agents, and data visualization.
• Experience working with Power BI and creating data visualizations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver community events, learning sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Create and publish news, updates, and content on internal platforms including Viva Engage.
• Support the internal SharePoint site with self-service content, guidelines, and learning materials.
• Assist in designing no-code and low-code AI agents; gather feedback and promote adoption.
• Contribute to ad hoc data and AI enablement activities with team specialists.
• Monitor and maintain the internal data platform daily.
