Job summary

NNE is looking for a proactive Student Assistant to join the AI strategy, Innovation & Adoption team in Engineering Model Transformation. You’ll craft content, support AI adoption efforts, and help run workshops at our Virum office.

The role centers on communication, hands-on learning, and collaboration with seasoned professionals in a dynamic pharma engineering setting. A strong English level and curiosity about AI are essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (IT, business, communication or related field) with at least one year remaining.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude or similar is a plus.
• Alternative relevant experience is also welcome

Responsibilities

• Support communication and change management through emails, newsletters, intranet posts and workshops.
• Track and summarise new AI releases, test and evaluate features and agents and create content for publication.
• Maintain and update our internal AI knowledge platforms (SharePoint, Communities etc.)
• Facilitate or co-host user training sessions and design engaging training materials.
• Brainstorm and help drive creative adoption campaigns.
• Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
