Are you a skilled Refrigeration Technician passionate about securing high-quality technical support? Advansor is looking for an Aftersales Engineer to join an international team driven by climate action and delivering the best customer support. We design and produce the world’s best sustainable CO2 climate solutions. We know CO2 by heart, having gained rock-solid experience from designing and producing more than 14,000 racks. We proudly share our expertise, best practices, and training with our customers through webinars, online training, and 2-day courses at our state-of-the-art training centre.

Your role

Working from our facilities in Brabrand, you will become part of our Aftersales Team. We handle support, warranty, training, and commissioning support of our sustainable CO2 refrigeration and heating systems. Technical Support is one of our core businesses, and your main responsibility will be securing high-quality support for our customers. We support customers across Europe and LATAM, and the team is represented both at our HQ in Brabrand and locally in these regions.

Your key responsibilities

• Providing technical support via phone and email, guiding customers through optimization, fault diagnosis, and daily operations.
• Participating in our 24/7 support setup to ensure our customers always have a technical lifeline.
• Handling warranty claims efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborating across the organization to solve complex issues and deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Traveling approximately 25 days per year as part of our international support setup.

Your background

You have a background as a Refrigeration Technician or hold similar experience. Knowledge about CO2 as a refrigerant is an advantage, but we will make sure you receive the proper training. You are quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and driven by a desire to share your knowledge with other technicians. You communicate clearly and professionally in English (our corporate language), both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills are an advantage.

Salary is decided based on your qualifications.

This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
