Job summary

Terma A/S in Lystrup, Denmark, is seeking a mid- to senior-level embedded software engineer to develop mission-critical software for airborne self-protection systems. You will develop embedded software for mission‑critical systems across the full software lifecycle from early requirements and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and long‑term improvements. Bring your expertise into play

To succeed in this role, you:

• Have strong experience with modern C++ as your primary tool for delivering robust, reliable embedded systems
• Are experienced with modern development practices — code reviews, Git, and automated testing in build pipelines are familiar parts of your workflow
• Are comfortable working close to hardware and navigating performance and resource constraints
• Hold a relevant technical degree or bring equivalent hands‑on experience

Furthermore, experience with real‑time systems and the aerospace or defense domain is an advantage but not a requirement.
