Job summary

HARMAN is seeking an Engineer for New Technology & Innovation - Acoustic Measurement & Evaluation in Kvistgård. You will lead objective and subjective acoustic testing, manage lab environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to push innovation in consumer audio technologies.

Role requires extensive experience in acoustics, measurement, and data analysis, with strong Python/MATLAB skills. Hybrid work setup and opportunities for advancement across JBL, Harman Kardon, and other premium

Qualifications

MS or PhD in Acoustics, Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Physics or related field.
At least 8 years of experience in acoustic measurement, audio product development, electroacoustic testing, or acoustic research.
Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and driving improvements in measurement methodologies, laboratory capabilities, or audio evaluation processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and evaluation methods for acoustic measurement and listening quality.
Design, manage, and maintain laboratory test environments and listening evaluation programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
