Job summary

Chanel, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join the BENSCA Finance team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

You will ensure accurate supplier invoice processing, maintain vendor data, and support payment runs across Scandinavia and Benelux while upholding internal controls. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Lead in the Netherlands and involves cross-border collaboration, process improvements, and involvement in audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
• Experience with D365 and supplier invoice processing.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations in cross-border contexts.
• Fluent in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Ensure invoices comply with policies and documentation.
• Verify invoices against POs, goods receipts, and contracts.
• Prepare and execute payment runs; monitor due dates.
• Maintain vendor master data and support onboarding.
• Assist in month-end closing and intercompany reconciliations.
