Job summary

Perk is seeking an Account Executive to drive the Benelux & Nordics markets from Barcelona. You will prospect, demo, and close new business while building relationships with senior buyers, including CFOs. The role emphasizes outbound pipeline development, collaboration with marketing, and mastery of Perk’s evolving platform.

You must be a native Danish speaker with fluent English, have a hunter mindset, and be able to work in Spain with relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Native Danish speaker and fluent in English.
• Experience selling to Benelux or Nordics markets.
• Proven hunter with ability to build pipeline via outbound initiatives.
• Proven track record of developing relationships with C-suite executives.
• Strong understanding of B2B solution selling with short sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect your own pipeline for Benelux & Nordics; manage outbound and inbound leads.
• Present demos to potential clients and own follow-up through closing the deal.
• Identify customer needs and articulate Perk’s value aligned to those needs.
• Lead high-level discussions with stakeholders from Office Managers to CFOs.
• Maintain accurate information in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead qualification and awareness.
• Become an expert in Perk and its evolving features.
