About the product:

The team is developing a next-generation digital tax solution — a modern FinTech product designed to simplify tax returns. They are seeking a Senior Software Developer to take ownership of advancing this product, as well as supporting internal tools and back-office systems.

Your tasks include:

• Further developing and maintaining systems, including single-page applications in the frontend, HTTP servers in the backend, databases, and cloud storage.
• DevOps tasks: rolling out and automatically provisioning new servers, implementing releases.
• Collaborating with product management and IT teams to conceive and implement new features within an agile Kanban process.
• Ensuring quality through continuous improvement of CI pipelines and participating in code reviews.
• Mentoring team members and acting as a sparring partner for technical discussions.
• Monitoring system health, providing impulses for further development, and taking technical leadership on larger topics.

Requirements

• Completed IT studies (computer science, business informatics, or similar) or training as an IT specialist.
• Strong coding skills, capable of handling puzzles and database queries.
• Familiarity with test-driven development, rapid prototyping, and agile software development practices.
• High standards for code quality, with the ability to inspire team members to find optimal solutions.
• Ideally, experience in operating software systems and a DevOps mindset.
