Kompass Zentrum is a new therapy and coaching space for teenagers and families, located in Hennigsdorf (Berlin C). We offer early, creative, and compassionate support in both English and German — before crisis hits.

We’re currently building a small, collaborative team of freelance therapists, psychologists, and coaches who are passionate about youth mental health, family support, and holistic care.

Start Date: August 2025

As a freelance practitioner at Kompass Zentrum, you will:

• Provide individual therapy or coaching sessions to teenagers and/or parents
• Facilitate family or parent-focused sessions (if aligned with your expertise)
• Optionally lead or co-lead small group workshops for teens
• Contribute to early assessment conversations to help families find the right support
• Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team and contribute ideas as we grow
• Maintain clear documentation and uphold ethical standards in your practice

You can shape your role based on your strengths — whether clinical, creative, systemic, or coaching-based.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Fluent in English and German (both are essential)
• Qualified in psychotherapy, psychology, coaching, or a related discipline
• Experienced in working with teenagers and/or families (or eager to grow in this area)
• Compassionate, grounded, and open to creative, early-intervention approaches
• Comfortable working independently but open to collaboration
• Registered as a freelancer (or able to invoice as one)

Nice to have:

• Background in expressive or creative therapy (art, drama, music, movement)
• Systemic, trauma-informed, or mindfulness-based training

This is a freelance role. Compensation is session-based (65% of client fee). Annual income depends on the number of sessions taken on per week
