A cutting-edge media technology firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive strategic hiring processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will own the full recruitment cycle, collaborating closely with department heads to align talent strategies with business objectives. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in talent acquisition, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in ATS systems. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll serve as a strategic partner to leadership, architecting the hiring engine that powers our growth. You won’t just fill seats; you will translate business goals into execution by designing scalable recruitment strategies, building robust talent pipelines and refining the candidate experience across business, technology, and creative roles. This is a high-impact role where you will take full ownership of our talent ecosystem and directly shape the future of our fast-paced, high-growth organization.
On a typical day, your tasks may include:
Collaborate with department heads on role definition, workforce planning, and organizational development to align talent strategy with business objectives
Define selection criteria, ideal candidate profiles, and job specifications for business, technical, and creative positions
Own end-to-end hiring from intake to offer acceptance, implementing new recruitment methods and systems to continuously improve the process
Actively source and identify top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and niche networks to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
Conduct structured interviews and coordinate debrief sessions to evaluate technical capabilities, cultural fit, and long-term potential
Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates to identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements
You're a strategic talent partner with strong analytical insight. Your strength lies in translating hiring goals and workforce plans into clear, actionable recruiting strategies while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You've partnered closely with leadership teams to drive high-impact hiring initiatives and excel at communicating across technical, product, and business functions to align on needs and deliver top talent. Typically, your profile will look like this:
Degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or related field
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles with demonstrated strategic impact; proven track record in high-growth or scale-up environments preferred
Demonstrated experience in leading the full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the entire hiring journey.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and improve processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn and other talent platforms, with a focus on building diverse, high-quality pipelines.
Operational knowledge to design employee experiences that ensure a seamless connection with subsequent HR administrative tasks.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and ATS systems required; strong working knowledge of Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred

Initial interview: 30-minute introductory call - getting to know you
Take-home case study: Real-world project - showcase your skills and working style
Founder interview: 90-minute interview with our CEO - going deep on all topics
Team interview: Individual or group interview with other team members - depending on position
Offer, contract signing and onboarding
Note: As we are still in stealth, you will learn more about Melotech as you progress through the stages. By the end of the Founder interview, you will have a full grasp of our business and the details of your role.
