This role provides a unique opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative trading products across a global derivatives platform. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring exceptional user experiences for sophisticated traders. • Lead the full lifecycle of derivative trading product initiatives, from research and ideation through to launch and post‑launch optimization
• Conduct competitor analysis and leverage customer feedback to identify product gaps and growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to execute the product roadmap efficiently and effectively
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including design, sales, marketing, legal, and customer support to ensure seamless product delivery
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate to improve user experience and trading outcomes
• Champion the adoption of new features, advocating for trader needs and driving UX enhancements
• Act as the key liaison between business strategy and technical execution

• 5+ years of product management or product development experience in trading, financial products, or fintech
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of derivative trading products and trading platforms
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear business objectives and product requirements
• Proven analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Experience with UX principles and delivering high‑quality user experiences
• Familiarity with agile product development practices
