has a full-time ZTA Engineer/Architect opportunity available based in Stuttgart, Germany. Qualified candidates must possess a current DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance, be eligible for NATO Indoctrination, and meet TESA accreditation requirements. TESA Certification allows employees to be tax-exempt for both Germany and the US, in addition to other perks. Employees may be eligible for relocation reimbursement, housing allowance, COLA, and school reimbursement for dependents.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design and implementation of a Zero Trust security architecture for the organization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for least privilege access, micro-segmentation, and continuous network traffic monitoring.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zero Trust principles into systems.
  4. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to verify user identities and secure access.
  5. Design and implement RBAC and IAM solutions.
  6. Monitor and audit user access to identify and mitigate risks.
  7. Implement network segmentation and micro-segmentation strategies.
  8. Design and deploy secure communication channels, including encryption and VPNs.
  9. Work with network engineers for secure configuration and monitoring of devices.
  10. Develop endpoint protection strategies, including device posture assessment.
  11. Implement application control and device authentication measures.
  12. Ensure security configurations on endpoints align with Zero Trust principles.
  13. Implement continuous monitoring solutions for incident detection and response.
  14. Develop incident response plans for Zero Trust environments.
  15. Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing.
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS + 7 years recent specialized experience, or AA/AS + 9 years, or a major certification + 11 years, or 13 years of recent specialized experience.
  • Proven experience as a Zero Trust Architect or similar cybersecurity role.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.
  • Experience with IAM, network security, and endpoint protection.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CZTA are a plus.
  • TESA eligibility and ability to maintain a DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Proficiency with relevant technologies and tools.
  • Active passport for OCONUS travel/living.
Work Environment & Conditions
  • Work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, mostly on computers.
  • May require short-distance travel to offices or conference rooms.
  • Compliance with TDY/OCONUS vaccination requirements.
