A tech recruiting firm is looking for a Technology IT Recruiter to develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines for engineering roles. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience, strong tech knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. This role offers flexible remote work options and has a competitive salary range.
We’re looking for a Technology IT Recruiter who can partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to
develop strategies to find candidates for our Engineering teams in the US and India. You will be
working to find creative ways of surfacing top talent and activating passive candidates through a
highly engaged approach.
Shift Timings: 4:00 PM-12:00 PM (WFH)
