Zonal Retail Profit Protection Manager (m/w/d), Munich

Job Description:

As a Zonal Retail Profit Protection Manager (m/w/d) for the Munich area, you are responsible for maximizing the company's profitability by protecting all assets. This is a junior-level position.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct case-based investigations under the guidance of the Profit Protection Management, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment, and act as the first contact for the police.
• Support audits and review inventory losses in stores.
• Perform regular security checks to ensure CCTV systems and other safety measures are maintained and up to date.
• Keep your knowledge current in CCTV operation, criminal law, internal HR policies, and other internal processes.
• Ensure store processes and procedures are followed and assist in training management on security-related topics.
• Write reports in German and English and maintain close contact with your Territory Profit Protection Manager.

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of store processes, inventory management, and supply chain.
• Knowledge in process development, implementation, and improvement.
• Experience in security or profit protection is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with employees and customers.
• Interest in working within an international team and continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel within your region.
