For permanent employment: Rocket Factory Augsburg AG in Augsburg is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator (f/m/d).

Our international, agile team seeks a motivated individual to support our CNC Lathe operations. If you enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic, and international environment focused on high-performance aerospace engineering solutions, apply now.

Your Tasks include:

• Setting up, configuring, and operating CNC machines for turning and drilling
• Processing individual or series parts from various materials using CNC controls
• Post-processing of 3D-printed components
• Selecting appropriate cutting tools based on data and technology
• Inspecting workpieces according to drawings and QA standards
• Performing maintenance and repairs on CNC equipment

Your Qualifications:

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator or similar
• At least 3 years of professional experience with CNC lathes
• Experience with Siemens 840D and HAAS controls is desirable
• Ability to machine complex, high-tolerance components
• Strong quality awareness, technical and manual skills
• Motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
