This is the hiring team from Clickable sending out an alert to anyone with thumbnail design know-how. We are on the lookout for a creative individual who knows their way around Photoshop to create thumbnails for our true crime/body-cam channel Ex-Cop. We are in need of visuals that are exciting, intriguing, interest-generating - in short, we need thumbnails that are, you know... Clickable (I mean it's in the name guys, come on)!!

If true crime isn't really your thing, no big deal! We also always keep an eye out for creative digital media artists to join the thumbnail design team for some of our more light-hearted channels, so feel free to give us a shout!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing already-existing concepts, graphics, and layouts for interest-generating thumbnails
• Hitting deadlines to ensure a consistent flow of content, while still focusing on quality
• Generating new and exciting concepts based on project guidelines and video topics

Requirements:

• Strongfundamental proficiencies with Photoshop
• Superb active communication skills, we love to hear updates about your progress throughout.
• Self-starter
• Team-player, putting videos together is a team effort! The scriptwriters play a vital role in the team.
• Strong time-management skills. Deadlines are of course paramount, but so is quality! Meeting deadlines while still focusing on quality is key.
• Base-level understanding of YouTube design principles

Money-Talk: $50-$80 per thumbnail

Deadline: 1-3 days per thumbnail depending on the complexity of the project

Workload: 4-8 thumbnail designs over the course of the month
