For our global eDevelopment we are looking for an UX Designer (m / f / d) at our location in Ulm.

At Liebherr we develop and manufacture a wide range of high-quality products for domestic and commercial use. We are continuously expanding our reach into the digital world with connected products and applications to deliver top experiences to our customers.

Liebherr-Digital Development Center is continuously growing and we are building a UX team to help us create products that add value to users lives.

We are looking for passionate and motivated UX designers to build this new team and contribute to the digital products of the entire Liebherr group.

As a UX designer at Liebherr you will work in multidisciplinary teams helping to develop innovative applications that have a major impact on the life of our customers.

You will work in areas such as smart homes industry construction retail and others.

Your responsibilities

• Utilize design and prototyping tools to create user-centered concepts of digital products and services (apps websites platforms)
• Translate complex design concepts and decisions into understandable and compelling narratives
• Employ appropriate methods and workflows to ensure effective and efficient design outcomes
• Select and apply appropriate research methodologies adapting strategies as needed to inform design decisions
• Conduct workshops and guide participants through collaborative activities
• Collaborate with brand designers to optimize and expand the design system
• Champion the importance of design both within the company and to project stakeholders
• Work within project teams employing agile methods analyzing requirements together with product owners and / or project managers and coordinating with developers

Your qualifications

• Interdisciplinary design knowledge - the ability to draw inspiration from various design disciplines enriches our creative process
• 5 years of experience in the field of user experience design and experience in user-centered working methods
• Experience in creating personas user flows sitemaps wireframes and navigation models
• A confident handling of visual and interface design tools and prototyping tools
• Experience with agile project methods and procedures and interest in new technologies trends and innovations
• Excellent communication moderation and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and in German (at least B2 preferred ability to present ideas and moderate workshops is necessary)
• You like to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office in Ulm (the position is not fully remote)
