For our team Cloud Applications, we are looking for a Developer-Services Software Engineer at our location in Ulm (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

• Define and implement cloud infrastructure and observability tooling
• Support and develop complex and innovative shared utilities
• Create and maintain automation processes
• Implement cloud services and develop holistic software modules
• Support deployment and focus on continuous integration and deployment processes
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams as an enthusiastic agile team member
• Ensure DevOps practices: "You build it, you run it"

Your qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 3 years of software development experience
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud mechanisms and tooling (e.g., Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Proficiency in cloud and network technologies, working with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience developing cloud-native frameworks like Terraform custom providers
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Go, and experience with continuous integration
• Familiarity with storage technologies and distributed software development
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English
• High motivation and ability to collaborate in agile teams
